Especially if it's a sequel to a blockbuster on the order of SCREAM, a postmodern slasher flick that played off the traditional horror movie cliches while simultaneously honoring them. Its successor does much the same, and is accompanied by a sharp, eclectic soundtrack that features some of the hottest artists around. Listening to SCREAM 2 is like station-surfing your local FM radio. Stylistic variety abounds from one cut to the next. There's the funky folk-rock of the Dave Matthews Band, the neo-soul of D'Angelo, the '90s AOR of Collective Soul and lots more to satisfy even the most demanding listener.
