Source Naturals Diet Chitosan 500mg 240 Capsules - Chitosan, a fiber derived from chitin in shellfish, is classified as a nondigestible aminopolysaccharide. Chitosan is synthesized by removing acetyl groups from chitin, through a process called deacetylation.
